Rotherham Means Business 2011, is the borough’s first business and enterprise show, promises to offer budding entrepreneurs, SME’s and established businesses excellent networking and development opportunities.  

The free to attend event will take place on the 10^th March at the Magna Science Centre, and is brought to you by Rotherham Enterprise Board and will be delivered in partnership with Rotherham’s annual Meet the Buyer event. The event boasts a range of inspirational keynote speakers, practical seminar sessions, an extensive business to business and a dedicated Meet the Buyer zone.

The Meet the Buyer zone, which is exclusively supported by Business Link, will offer businesses the opportunity to meet with and discuss opportunities with public sector buyers. Buyers in attendance will include: Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council (RMBC), the NHS, South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue, and South Yorkshire Police.

An accompanying seminar programme will offer delegates the chance to find out how to do business with the public sector, what future opportunities are coming up and a whole lot more.

Rotherham Means Business 2011 will boast a range of inspirational keynote speakers, and practical seminar sessions. The extensive seminar programme will offer the most appropriate advice, support and tips to all attendees.  Sessions that have been specifically tailored for budding entrepreneurs, pre-start and early stage business will run alongside sessions that will appeal to established businesses.
