Fusion@Magna Business Centre is located next to the Magna Science Adventure Centre at Templeborough. It is minutes away from Junction 34 of the M1 motorway and provides offices and workshops to let which are within easy access to the centres of Rotherham and Sheffield.

The heart of the business community

An award-winning environmentally-friendly building, Fusion provides a combination of high-quality offices and workshops near Sheffield. The 28 offices are located on three floors around a central atrium which encourages networking between occupants. The 18 workshops equipped with roller shutters, 3-phase electricity and water are arranged around a courtyard, and are linked to the main office building via a fully glazed corridor.

The building is themed on using natural light to provide a bright and airy environment. Two meetings rooms can be opened up to provide one large conference space and the focal point of the building at the base of the atrium provides a great space to socialise and do business.

A unique living, green façade and green-roof on the workshop wing help reduce energy costs and reduce the building’s carbon footprint. The hub is ideal for new businesses looking for a unique, high quality premises backed up by experienced support and advisory staff.

By Car – from the M1

From the South
Leave the M1 (North at Junction 33). Take the 3rd exit at the roundabout towards Rotherham. At the next roundabout take the 1st left onto the A631. Follow this road until you come to another roundabout, go straight over (2nd exit) towards the town centre. At the next roundabout take the 1st exit left onto the A6178. Continue straight over the following roundabout and continue on the A6178 until you reach a roundabout with a phoenix sculpture on it. Take the 3rd exit (onto Bessemer Way). Follow the brown signs to the Magna Parking onto Magna Way and Fusion@Magna is situated on the left hand side approaching the Magna building.

From the North
Leave the M1 (South) at Junction 34. Take the 3rd exit at the roundabout towards A6178 Templeborough. You will travel underneath the M1 carriageway until you come to another roundabout – take the 1st exit left onto the A6178 signposted Rotherham/Templeborough. Follow this road until you come to a roundabout with a phoenix sculpture on it. Take the 1st exit left (onto Bessemer Way). Follow the brown signs to Magna Parking onto Magna Way and Fusion@Magna is situated on the left hand side approaching the Magna building.

By Train
The nearest rail stations are Meadowhall and Rotherham Central (1.3 miles).

By Bus
There are a variety of buses available from Rotherham and Sheffield. travelsouthyorkshire.com offers a wealth of information on routes available.
