The range of offices and workshops to let are ideally sized to suit small businesses looking to benefit from the support provided by the experienced centre staff and RiDO’s professional business advisers.

The 17 self-contained offices are built to a high specification and are arranged on two floors. The workshops are linked to the main building and are all fitted with roller shutter doors and supplied with 3-phase electricity and water. Out of the 24 workshops, seven have a mezzanine-level office area incorporated.

Two spacious conference rooms are available for use by occupants at a discounted rate.

By Car – from the M1
Exit at Junction 31, taking the 1st exit at the roundabout if travelling south or the 3rd exit if travelling north and follow the A57 towards Worksop. After 1.2 miles you will reach a set of traffic lights, turn left at the lights onto the B6463 and follow the B6463 Todwick Road (becoming Monk’s Bridge Road) until you reach the roundabout. Take the 4th exit at the roundabout onto Nobel Way, Matrix@Dinnington is located at the end of Nobel Way.

By Train The nearest rail station is Kiveton Park (4 miles). The closest major station is Sheffield which has many routes passing through Kiveton Park.

By Bus There are a variety of buses available from Rotherham, Sheffield and Worksop. travelsouthyorkshire.com offers a wealth of information on routes available.
