We are currently working closely with ESH our Design & Build Contractor, in the construction of the additional incubation hub at Century Business Park at Manvers in Rotherham. We are incredibly excited about the rapid progress of the construction of our new and fifth business hub which is now taking shape and well and truly out of the ground.
Rotherham MBC is investing £5.4 million in the construction of the brand-new incubation hub, the purpose of which is to provide high quality serviced office, workshop and laboratory accommodation designed specifically to help micro and start-up businesses grow.
Once the construction works are completed in Spring next year the facility will be offering 20 workshops, 16 office units and 2 laboratories. The existing hub already established at Century Business Park is 22 years old and has already supported over 400 businesses to date and has operated near capacity throughout this time. The new hub will provide much-needed additional workspace to support entrepreneurs and small businesses in the vibrant Manvers area.

November 2022 – The building is now taking shape with roofing, cladding, blockwork and insulation underway.
July 2022 – Looking good, steel structure in place forming the frame of the facility.
June 2022 – Sub-structure prepared, foundations dug out and concrete poured, in preparation for the steel structure to be attached above ground.
June 2022 – ground was broken and construction began on the the brand-new business incubation hub on Century Business Park, Manvers in Rotherham.
